Delivery and Collection
At the check out you can choose to have your order delivered or you can opt to collect in store.
Free delivery on all orders within Ireland. Rates outside of Ireland are calculated at checkout. We use An Post. Orders are usually received by customers within one to three days. However, occasionally delivery can take slightly longer, especially in the months of November and December when An Post can experience SIGNIFICANT delays.
Next Day Delivery Option
Need your delivery faster? Opt for Next Working Day delivery for €5.00 at checkout. This service is only available within Ireland and is subject to order cut off times detailed below:
Orders placed before 4pm** Monday to Thursday - your order should arrive the following day.
Order placed before 4pm** Friday - your order should arrive on the following Monday.
Order placed after 4pm** Friday - your order should arrive on the following Tuesday.
We use An Post for Next Working Day deliveries, therefore we are subject to any delays they might encounter. An Post may have SIGNIFICANT delays from November 20th to the end of the first week of January. Such delays are beyond our control.
Orders should arrive within 1 to 3 working days.
Orders can be collected in store Monday to Saturday between 9:30am and 6pm. We also open on Sundays in November and December. Please check our Homepage for up to date opening hours on those Sundays.
Orders are shipped on working days only - Monday to Friday. We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the day they are received or on the next working day if they are received on Saturday or Sunday or after 5pm on a working day.
We do our very best to ensure that the items in our online shop are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. If you purchase an item that is temporarily out of stock we will inform you. You can then decide to have a refund or wait for the goods to arrive back into stock. The items on our online shop can usually be sourced within three days to two weeks. In the unlikely event that we cannot source the goods, we will inform you and refund you.
All items are shipped in the relevant brand packaging or John Ross Jewellers packaging. All items are gift wrapped.
