In line with government guidelines, our shop in Tralee may be required to close if Level 4 or 5 Restrictions are in place.  If you have an item at the shop for repairs or on deposit that you need, please let us know.  We can arrange to take payment over the phone or here via the website and then post it to you free of charge.

To make it easier for you to shop safely from home, we have enabled free delivery here online.  We also have free greeting cards if you need them.  Our free engraving service is also available.  If you would like a free greeting card or engraving, please add a message to us in the cart notes.  If you forget to do this, we will remind you in the email that we send you to confirm your order.

You can choose to have your order delivered to your own address or if your order is a gift, we will ship directly to the person for whom your gift is intended. All items are carefully gift wrapped before dispatch.

When you place an order here, it is prepared for dispatch in line with HSE guidelines and precautions with respect to COVID-19.  Your order is packed by one person working in isolation and using hand sanitiser.  All jewellery is steam cleaned and polished before it is placed in the gift packaging.  It is then wrapped and packed.  An extra outer security envelope made of plastic finishes off your parcel.  We are using "contactless" delivery by An Post whenever possible.  Some orders must be signed for.
