Shipping policy

At the check out you can choose to have your order delivered or you can opt to collect in store.

Delivery Rates
Free delivery on all orders. (For orders within the island of Ireland only. Delivery charges may be higher for addresses in other countries.)

Delivery Times
Orders for addresses within Ireland should arrive within 1 to 3 working days, however they may take longer from time to time due to delivery delays with An Post.  If you need next working day delivery, please select this service at checkout.    

Collection Times
Orders can be collected in store Monday to Saturday between 9:30am and 6pm. We also open on Sundays in November and December. Please check our Home Page for up to date opening hours on those Sundays.

Orders are shipped on working days only - Monday to Friday. We endeavour to dispatch all orders on the day they are received or on the next working day if they are received on Saturday or Sunday or after 4pm on a working day.

We do our very best to ensure that the items in our online shop are in stock and available for immediate dispatch. If you purchase an item that is temporarily out of stock we will inform you. You can then decide to have a refund or wait for the goods to arrive back into stock. The items on our online shop can usually be sourced within three days to two weeks. In the unlikely event that we cannot source the goods, we will inform you and refund you.

All items are shipped in the relevant brand packaging or John Ross Jewellers packaging. All items are gift wrapped.

International Orders 

We currently offer shipping worldwide. Due to the ongoing health pandemic, COVID-19, our estimated delivery time for international orders is 5-22 business days.

For all international orders, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. Please note this shipping fee does not include any import taxes and/or customs duties.

By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges that they are placing an order for export from the Ireland and accepts full responsibility of all related import taxes and/or customs duties fees. Upon shipping the order, John Ross Jewellers will select a shipping courier who will also act as the customs broker for the import of the package, as well as the collection of any customs duties and/or import taxes that are due. These fees are not related to or covered by John Ross Jewellers. Any fees due at import are regulated by the local government and local tax laws applicable within the country where the order has been placed and will be delivered. For additional information regarding import duties and customs fees, please contact your local customs office or tax agency. 

All orders are shipped with tracking numbers for the security of your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to begin reflecting updates.

Please note: The shipping courier may face additional delays in relation to the delivery of your order as a result of the ongoing health pandemic, COVID-19, industrial action or seasonal high volumes of parcels.
